When Aaron Schechter finally shows up to Rav Mosha Feinstein 's bais din as per the 4 hazmonos from Rav Mosha to Aaron Schechter requested Aaron do [some 25 years ago] , then i'll give 2 shits as to his opinion on anyone. Until then he is to be muted on everyone and everything including Slifkin , Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach Shilt'a (appointed as the Mashgiach at the Yeshiva Chaim Berlin, but who split with Rabbi Hutner on policy matters) Vertzki Ve'Gomer. He doesn't count in a minyan, can not get an aliyah and should not be signing anything.

Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach Shilt'a (appointed as the Mashgiach at the Yeshiva Chaim Berlin, but who split with Rabbi Hutner on policy matters)was uncerimoniously thrown out of the yeshiva [after R'Hutners death] with no severance pay or reason after years of work.and so RSC went to RMF for a din torah with Chaim Berlin, mr fruchthandler and AS.none of the litagants aside for RSC ever showed up to court. The Chutzpah of it is that this is not dovid cohen we're talking about its RMF that they ignored.

I think you got your facts a little wrong here. 1. The R' Carlebach that was mashgiach of chaim berlin was not the singing rabbi. 2. R' Avigdor Miller ZT"L replace R' Carlebach who was then replaced with R' Shimon Groner ZT"L in 1978. R' Hutner was niftar in 1980. What reason would there be for a bais din to convene regarding R' Carlebach after R' Hutners petirah? It does not appear to be anything relating to your acersion.
If this story is true as you say, I would highly doubt R' Shechter would have been appointed to moetzes gedolai hatorah of agudas yisroel, therefore there must be a big part you are missing. btw, which other Rabbonim were sitting with R' Moshe on the beis din when this hazmanah was sent?

R. Hutner was in Israel a few years before he was niftar,and was quite ill for his last years. Any firing was done years before his petirah.

Sorry, your chronology is a bit off. R. Avigdor Miller was mashgiach until the middle '60s. He was replaced by R. Shlomo Freifeld who was replaced by R. Shlomo Carlebach who was replaced by R. Shimon Groner.
There was a well known power struggle between R. Aharon Schechter and R. Shlomo Carlebach resulting in the latter leaving. To date R. Aharon hasn't responded to the call to a Beth Din.

sorry wrong again carelbach was thrown out 1975 rav hutner was niftar 1980 and rav hutner held he was not mechuyov to go leave r ahron out of it and stop talking on things you know nothing about as the brilliant aristotle said a true fool is one who thinks he knows but really doesnt good research into the story may help from a true chaim berliner and proud of it

There are copies of the subpoenas against ahron shechter and fruchthandler as well on scribd. I can't copy it but there's definitely something to this story. The beis din in question is the CRC, doesn't mention r moshe at all.

wait - spoke too soon. There is ALSO a copy of the letter from r moshe and a rabbi ginzburg to fruchthandler and schecter. THis isn't really debatable -- there's documented evidence. Scribd is awesome, what can I say.
