I gotta tell you, I am tired of the Bush bashing over this. You have to start with the city and state government first and foremost. They didnt have a clue as to what they were doing and it showed. The initial process must start right away with them. They were warned with ample time to get out. The mayor and governor fell asleep at the wheel. If this was New york and Giuliani was in charge they (libs/dems) would be asking for his head on a platter. But since the dems are in charge there they are going after Bush.
And Sean Penn, deserved to get washed away in katrina. What an asshole. He has no clue what the hell he's talking about but since hes an actor feels he can pass judgement on Pres. Bush.

Heh when i was little i got those Tzivos Hashem newsletters. I never did squat. My rank was like 0 or whatever for years. And then i told them to stop sending me it. I only got it in the first place 'cause it was the cool thing to do ;-) .
