WHy don't you say amen when your kid makes a bracha?

that is the halacha, my kid is too young to be me'chaven to bless rather what he is doing is practicing therefore it is like a tape recording of a bracha

Oh. What level of kavana is needed for a bracha to get an amen? Does the child just have to know the basic idea? Does he have to understand the meaning of the words? What if there are slight mispronunciations? Is it wrong to say amen as a way of chinuch?

What if there are slight mispronunciations?
as with adults it is fine
Is it wrong to say amen as a way of chinuch? as with all halacha it is a machlokes, by answering amen i feel you are being mechanach the kid to say amen to all brachos, even wrong ones.

Even though at that stage he's not distinguishing between a right and "wrong" bracha? He thinks his bracha is just as "right" as yours, no?
