Wow, That is really powerful. After a day of fasting, asking for forgiveness, and reflecting on our past year, we hope that the next year will be a better one for us. As a frum person, my beliefs are based on the fact that I believe there is a G-d, and he is our Father who controls everything in this world. Yesterday, as we were saying Unesaneh Tokef (which I always cry at, it is just an amazing tefila) I tried to put different scenatios into "who will die." Who will die by fire (there have been many fires that we know all know of, unfortunately), who will die by water (hurricanes Katrina and Rita), who will die by beast (Bears killing kids in the mountains), who by sword (israeli's getting stabbed by palestinians), etc. We can all think of sad things, unfortunately.
May we all have a gut gebenched yor full of happiness and mazel.
